It costs £15,000 to run the Centre for just one week, and without your generosity, we simply couldn’t provide the therapies, counselling, and community that so many rely on.

“Last year, I ran 14 miles around Coniston Water in the Lake District to raise funds for the Neuro Therapy Centre. It was a stunning route, but far from easy, with almost 1,000 feet of ascent. At 64, it was a real test, but nothing compared to the daily challenges faced by my wife Kathy, who lives with MS.

Seeing the difference the Centre has made for Kathy inspired me to take on this challenge. The money raised helped fund the running of these vital services, and it's wonderful that they have been able to undertake a major upgrade to the gym, giving members a dedicated space to stay active and well.
