We wanted our members to have all their important information and access to classes in a dedicated place - we hope you find this section useful. This area has also been created so we can make sure you are accessing our physiotherapy and exercise sessions safely. These sessions are offered to members who have been through our medical assessment with our trained physiotherapists, to make sure everyone is accessing the most suitable sessions for their needs.

We'll be growing the resources offered here overtime. If there's any information that you'd like to see here, just let us know - we'd love to hear from you.
