Living with a Neurological Condition?

An exciting partnership project led by the Neuro Therapy Centre, called Access to Movement & Wellbeing has been launched which will bring together and grow services and support for people living with neurological conditions in North Wales.

The Neuro Therapy Centre has a 40 year track record of offering tailored services by qualified health professionals which support the physical and emotional health of people affected by a range of neurological conditions.

Its services include:

  • Physiotherapy
  • Accessible gym
  • Fun exercise classes from boxing through to Pilates
  • Counselling
  • Support groups
  • Social and creative sessions
  • Café and time to chat

Try out new technology which has successfully supported people with similar conditions – ask about our specialist bike.

In addition to these services being available at its Centre in Saltney, Flintshire, many services are also available online. The project will also be developing opportunities with community groups across North Wales.

The Neuro Therapy Centre is working with people living with neurological conditions, neurological charities, the National Exercise Referral Scheme, leisure services and community groups across North Wales to raise awareness of the people’s needs and increase opportunities for movement and wellbeing.

Mae prosiect partneriaeth cyffrous dan arweiniad y Neuro Therapy Centre, o'r enw Mynediad at Symudiad a Lles, wedi'i lansio a fydd yn dod â gwasanaethau a chefnogaeth i bobl sy'n byw â chyflyrau niwrolegol yng Ngogledd Cymru at ei gilydd ac yn eu datblygu.

Mae gan y Neuro Therapy Centre 40 mlynedd o hanes o gynnig gwasanaethau wedi'u teilwra gan weithwyr iechyd proffesiynol cymwys sy'n cefnogi iechyd corfforol ac emosiynol pobl sy’n cael eu heffeithio gan ystod o gyflyrau niwrolegol.

Yn ogystal â bod ar gael yn ei Chanolfan yn Saltney, Sir y Fflint, mae llawer o’r gwasanaethau hyn hefyd ar gael ar-lein. Bydd y prosiect hefyd yn datblygu cyfleoedd gyda grwpiau cymunedol ledled Gogledd Cymru.

Cynllun Cenedlaethol i Atgyfeirio Cleifion i Wneud Ymarfer Corff, gwasanaethau hamdden a grwpiau cymunedol ledled Gogledd Cymru i godi ymwybyddiaeth o anghenion pobl a chynyddu cyfleoedd i symud a lles.
