Accounts and our Annual General Meeting Join us for our online AGM on Thursday 20th November 2025 at 12pm, at the Centre. During the event we will be celebrating our 40th anniversary and our recently completed renovations, as well as reviewing the year, approving the 2024/25 accounts, and approving changes to our Trustee board. We are holding the AGM at the Centre and will also have online attendance available through Zoom - so you can book a place for whichever option suits you. If you are feeling unwell on the day, please do not attend the event in-person but use the Zoom link instead. As a member-led organisation, the AGM is your opportunity to ask questions, make suggestions and vote so we would encourage you to book a place for this event. When you book a place you will have the opportunity to submit a question that you would like answering during the event. The event is free and all are welcome. Voting will be carried out by show of hands at the Centre and by using online polls if you are attending virtually. Changes to the Trustee Board Our Trustees serve on the board for a limited time before coming up for re-election. This year we have one member of the board who is due for re-election - Hilary Harris. We are also officially welcoming three new board members Lou Crane, Helen Tate, and Stella Pollard. Lou's background is in business process and development, Helen's background is in banking and technology, and Stella has been supporting developing charities through CEO and consultant roles for a number of years.
