Accounts and our Annual General Meeting

Join us for our online AGM on Thursday 20th November 2025 at 12pm, at the Centre.

During the event we will be celebrating our 40th anniversary and our recently completed renovations, as well as reviewing the year, approving the 2024/25 accounts, and approving changes to our Trustee board.

We are holding the AGM at the Centre and will also have online attendance available through Zoom - so you can book a place for whichever option suits you.

If you are feeling unwell on the day, please do not attend the event in-person but use the Zoom link instead.

As a member-led organisation, the AGM is your opportunity to ask questions, make suggestions and vote so we would encourage you to book a place for this event. When you book a place you will have the opportunity to submit a question that you would like answering during the event.

Book a place, your e-mail booking confirmation will provide you the link to use on the day if you are attending virtually. If you don't receive this for any reason, or you have difficulty booking please call 01244 678619 or e-mail [email protected]
