The Neuro Therapy Centre’s Very Merry, Slightly Chaotic Christmas It’s Christmas at the Centre -and honestly, what a show:The tree’s been twice restyledby people passing to and fro.(One bauble keeps migrating -no one knows where it’ll go.) The treadmills have opinions, the exercise bike does too;It squeaks in festive protestlike it wants a day off… or two. The staff arrive with Santa hatsat angles most concerning,Armed with tea, good vibes, and a look that says:“Yes… it’s still your turn. Keep turning.” Someone’s jumper flashes wildly -a full-on Christmas rave,While another member confidently claims“I’m only here for the biscuits I crave.” There’s laughter in the hallways, there’s gossip by the brew,Someone’s wrapped the hand weightslike gifts (they’re fooling no one -we knew!). But between the jokes and tinsel, and the glitter no one planned,There’s warmth that fills the Centrelike mulled wine… but more grand. Because here, we cheer each other on,we celebrate each tiny win,We share the wobble, share the triumph, share the biscuit tin. The joy is real, the care is deep, the kindness loud and clear -This place is made of peoplewho make Christmas last all year. So here’s to all the members, the staff who never stop,The carers, friends, and families -you’re the sparkle on the top. May your holidays be cosy, may your spirits stay high,And may the Centre’s Christmas laughterlift you every day that goes by. Merry Christmas Manage Cookie Preferences
